Regular support channels are failing, and I am hoping someone here can help me.

I haven't played since before the expansion. It's a clean install on a different system, I don't have the old system anymore, so I can't just copy over.

I get as far as H2014.05.27.0000.0000g then get "Unable to download patch files [30413] [25008] [20495]".

I have tried deleting the whole thing and reinstalling. Editing the BootVersionCheckMode. Using a VPN, port forwarding, and DMZ. Disabling Windows Firewall and Defender (have no other av). Disabling all startup programs and non-windows services. Giving all kinds of admin privileges, and making sure nothing is read-only. I am out of ideas.

Any help would be awesome.

AFAIK the launcher crashes when that error occours, but I need you to answer these questions:
>have you tried starting the launcher again once it's crashed?
>Does it starts over from the beginning or does it continue from where it has crashed?
>If it does start again, does it crashes always on the same spot?
>If it doesn't, does it still crash on the same spot?

A friend of mine had the same problem and he managed to get through it by starting up the launcher again every time the error happened.

How do I win an ebin's heart /xivg/? How do I find out if they're crazy? Give me the warning signs.

As strange as it might seem, the download might be saved, so you just have to restart it a few times and check if any progress is being done (error code changing, the amount of stuff to be downloaded descends, that sort of stuff).
Last time I had this problem I restarted the launcher 4-5 times but it eventually worked.
