Blizzard stated that they Genji was originally designed to have invisibility but they scrapped it because it was unbalanced (I assume like it is in TF2, shit at high levels, but OP in pubs).

How would you make a hero with Invisibility in OW? Would they still have the ability to Backstab? If not, what else could they do?

How would the rest of the hero look? A reminder that TF2 had invisibility unlock almost just like this (stand still to be invisible indefinitely) and Spy was still considered to have the same problem.

Interesting, but that sounds fairly underpowered.

I would be fine with this if invisibility was hard to make fun and balanced.
