Characters don't exist purely for their ultimates.

Is Zarya basically invincible in the Brawl mode or is everyone else just a bad shot? Nearly constant barriers are good for just sitting on objectives.

My favorite part of the game is the subtle aim assist on Soldier 76. Even without his aimbot ult, I notice Soldier 76 players dont even hit me half of the time with their garbage aim but it still registers as a hit.
Just like Hanzo's arrows will richochet and aimbot into enemies.

I'm just kinda learning and so far I'm only comfortable with Soldier 76...and I'm ok on him. Tried Mcrae and sucked. Who are some others I should progress to? Would ideally like to work my way up the easier dudes till I get more comfortable with the game.

Watch some footage of it to get an idea of what's going on, then decide. It's objective based, but while there are similar characters (junkrat-Demoman), there's no direct copies, lots of variety. Think on it, don't impulse buy. It's super fun though
