I kinda like the new OP. I never looked at anything in the old ones anyway; none of the links were particularly useful. It was just links to places you would have downloaded the engine anyway. Literally the only useful one ever there was the one for Source

I disagree. It serves no purpose as how it's mostly implemented. But if you never needed to pixel hunt, but were mildly rewarded by exploring the screen in creative ways, that's fun and nothing's lost. It's when you can't advance without searching the screen that's the problem, or when the object is too small to be easily clicked.

That ratio of "UI elements" to "Visible Play Area" is pretty awful. I don't mind the level of detail of the stuff, I don't think it's too busy, but I think there's something wrong if the ui is taking up more than 20% of the screen area.
