Try to build some shit in underground desert and get you ass fucked by these retards every 10 seconds.

remove the trees
use tree trunks as the "fences" that hold the building

fences between the underwater trees, you can paint them if you want, i would remove the two trees at the edges and expand more horizontally, maybe expand the water area a bit more for that swamp look, try to not expand too much vertically or it will look akward, you could make one of those roof/room combos with the bed at the top, maybe use living grass and wood for details
if you are going to do this make multiple compact treehouses connected by bridges rather than a big one taking all of them at once, otherwise it will look like shit

use rich mahogany wood
green torches/gemspark blocks do wonders in jungle houses
put make mahogany shoeboxes like this

Corruption. I feel like the aesthetic for it was more developed, more refined. It actually feels moderately creepy, like the tumor in the land it's supposed to be. Everything about it just feels, I don't know, better.

The crimson feels halfassed and uncared for, like they decided 'Let's make it red and gorey!' and just didn't really care about making it give off any sort of feeling aside from 'gorefest'. It's just ugly and I hate it whenever I see it show up.

... Huh. I hate corruption because it's scarier. Makes sense.
