The best way to not have that attitude you have is to not have it. I had a similar issue months back and finally boiled it down to "Why are you acting depressed? What does it gain you?" The answer is nothing, it just gets worse and worse. So you literally have to force yourself to not think that way, and it's logical at the same time because there is literally no advantage or anything helpful to you at all from carrying on depressed.

It sounds fucking stupid, but it really is as simple as "just don't think that way anymore." Eventually you talk yourself out of it.

I have a blacklist of people who deliberately sabotage the group. I thought of blacklisting all the really crap players, but decided against it as that would be 95% of the server. If you're crap, fine. People learn.

The vast majority of this general doesn't give a shit, I'd expect. I've played Horde and Alliance, there are mostly nice people, there are assholes from time to time, and seeing as it's a minigame server you're going to get ganked a few times.
