Which reminds me, shielding should be slightly reworked, rather than give Zen a flat HP buff. If shielding works in a way that's a bit more than just "extra HP" it'd make Symmetra more useful too.

I'm Level 10, and I haven't got a Legendary skin yet. I have gotten several things for Winston, and I do enjoy using him, but I never feel like a credit to my team when I do. I assume Winston is meant to distract the enemy team rather than put up a solid defense.

Also, is there a higher chance of getting Legendary skins if you choose to open multiple Loot Boxes in a row instead of one at a time?

But that's the truth. Spy is absolutely dependent on the enemy team making basic mistakes to make decent plays. Once the enemy teams knows you're around, they will instantly become a lot harder to deal with.

If I join a game replace someone who ragequit in the last 5 seconds of the match because their team was about to lose, does the loss count towards my total losses? Because keeping track of a win loss ratio would be pretty pointless if that were the case

That makes the ability's damage blocking capability entirely useless.
Just reduce the heal rate or remove it entirely.
