My impression of him, based off the little we have been introduced to, is that hes an insane director who wants his movies to be as real as possible. There is no such thing as an "actor" for him, he wants real emotion, a real threat of death in his movies. Thus with the power of mother cluster he is amusing his desire of the perfect movie with Hitsugi as the main character. He fully intends to kill her in every "scene" he directs, and in order to get her to show real emotion he "killed" her older brother. although i doubt he is actually dead

Partially? I'm a fan of the idea but the user's description paints him as just another obviously over the edge evil like we already got Higato.
I'll hold my full criticisms until I see everything for myself, not in the mood to wade through a billion boring cutscenes from the story board at the moment. But for real if every single member of Mother Cluster is just going to end up being this same degree of over-the-top zealous evil it's just going to feel like a wasted opportunity. Not to mention the idea of a director so crazy he routinely has actors die on set and not have any sort of investigation conducted on him comes off as a little unbelievable. I would sooner buy the idea that he just creates phantom actors and film crew to create the same illusion without the collateral damage.
