I figured 10 accounts was too soon and there were other girls I was interested in. Metera fire was my 7th roll.

You can get that stuff outside of HL, but it's extremely rare and you have to be pretty well geared to clear the content. Then getting the amounts of it you need for Tier IV classes, you'll probably be over 100 before you get them all anyway
