You're better off tagging the VH Eye, or EX+ beast. They drop harps and swords like there's no tomorrow and you're getting a few more tickets towards an SSR harp.

I made sure x2 speed was turned back on. I knew it was sped up more than it was supposed to be because before the update/yesterday the animation for SSR Vira's nuke was so fast it skipped a part at the end of the sound file that's played during the animation. After the update the speed was back to what I was normally used to on the app.

but any of those things doesnt even matter, the normal stages drops you can get most of them if you do all the hard daily, for the elemental mats just AH boosted + EX, for the rainbows just wait thursdays to do the crystal VH quest
farming gw char is not hard, you just need to repeat the same process a lot of time, what is hard to get is the Hihiirokane, after your first GW char you should have enough elemental mats for at least 4 more characters practically (except light)
if you're a pussy you can always spend all your ceruleans
