Why are the warriors of chaos such massive cowards?!

Is there a solid way to quickly heal Kholek when I'm playing as Chaos? He took a ton of damage in my last fight and it says it'll take 9 turns of sitting here encamped to fully heal him.

They all have some nice stuff. Bright wizards are somewha weaker because damage spells are currenly UP when playing at large or ultra unit sizes.

Celestials and Light wiards both have some great buffs and hexes though, though Light wizards need to get a fair few levels before they really get good. Then they're crazy however - Pha's protection, timewarp, makign units unbreakable and snaring enemy units are all really good when you use them well. Nothing funnier than stopping a big cavalry charge dead in its tracks right before it hits your lines by throwing Net of Amtyok on the lead unit.

Anyone think they will be lazy with blood and gore?

Humans and dwarfs obviously have red blood but do you think they will make skeletons bleed? What color blood do orcs and chaos warriors have?

Holy shit Kholek does a lot of damage, well thats all the major combat lords, Only Kholek Suneater and Mannfred on an undead dragon manage to beat Grimgor. Archaon did by far the least damage of all the lords

How do I deal with cavalry as dwarf?

Not even Chaos Wastes just north empire and Kislev.

I enjoyed one campaign of it. Not enough to keep my interested in playing a second time, or even a different faction.

I'd suggest waiting for a sale if you can. You're not missing out on anything.

What do orcs call other races?
I know:
stunties = dwarfs
humies = humans
gobbos = goblins
but nothing beyond that

Can you replace the regular Empires swordsman with greatswords? Idk how much the shields actually do against enemy missiles if the unit has decent armor.

They are good, though I don't like the vampire counts one. The lord resize mod is a must for this one.

Does anyone have the link to the mega folder with a bunch of warhammer literature that was floating around? I want to read these gotrek and Felix books everyone goes on about. Aside from those what are some other worthwhile warhammer fantasy books? I've only ever read 40k stuff and those can be extremely hit or miss in terms of quality.

I can't wait to have these badboys in game and be total shit like all the other monsters which look impressive and barely kill more than a unit of regular missiles.

Longbeards, quarrelers, and your choice of a couple arty are all I used in my campaign.

Many of the units have charge resistance, so check that. I know longbeards do. Bring 8 or so quarrelers and you will wreck most of the cav you face. 90% of the time the cav comes around your flank, so park 4 or so on each side, angled sideways compared to your front-line, with some infantry support. Cav will have a tough time hurting your infantry enough before dying.

Then your quarrelers can wreck whatever monstrous units have arrived.

Slaves to Darkness and The Lost and the Damned are great fluff books.

Get something that can read ebooks. Most ebooks that aren't PDFs are MOBI or EPUB, which all ebook readers can open.

I personally use Calibre, but that might be a bit bloated if you just want something to read them with since it has a lot of other functions.
