What would be a good "Berserk" party in EO3? I would assume that black haired Gladiator as Guts and white haired Prince as Griffith would be obvious enough.

Unfortunately there just isn't enough to make a Berserk party in any EO. Best you're getting is Guts gladiator and Griffith if you're lucky.
And even then it's just passing resemblances.

That's fine. Which class would fit Caska best you think? Brown Gladiator girl resembles her the most looks wise, but I feel that Brown Hoplite Girl resembles her personality the most (she always looked like the over-protective type with a soft core to me).
