Get iban's staff , wear dragon / rune + seer's helm + seers ring or wealth , use a cape that gives you mage or prayer bonus not obby

keep d scim but get rid of defender

Get magic short bow (imbued) from the ge and use rune arrows, double spec ahrim

Your inv should basically be runes, dhide top and bottom, dscim, msb and spade

food, prayer pots, tele tab & barrows tab
