This game needs more quick chat stuff for sure. One thing I learned from playing Dota 2 for awhile is that people want to communicate with their team, but it's kinda a hassle to do while you're playing. When they added in the chat wheel and alt-clicking to Dota 2 communication in public games skyrocketed and everyone played better because of it.

blizzard actually has a history of pathetically bad matchmaking. in hots, for some reason, they thought that waiting longer than 3 minutes for a game was bad. so instead, they put highly ranked people in garbage games.
it's really not far fetched to believe that the same thing is going on in overwatch.

Change settings as shown in the attached webm. It will set your heal/boost to toggle and lets you choose different Guardian Angel targets than your heal/boost target.
Similar options exist for other heroes. Like turning on ally health bars for Soldier 76.
