With the exception of some inherently broken ults like wallhacks and team res most ults are fine. You're not supposed to just spam them, for example you should be using zenyatta's transcendence to counter whole hog, death blossom, rocket barrage etc.

She should be 50 something if you take the date of Overwatch events minus her birth date.
