Either do one of two things:
Kill him before he can heal, or be able to kill him after he has healed and it's on cooldown. This means either burst or dps will work, you just need to be focused about it. Know where the health drops are as well so you can be sure if Roadhog has taken one instead of using his heal.

Widowmaker can get away with that most of the time cause she can actually escape, Zeny can't.

You have to understand that /owg/ is basically on the level of an easy AI bot. The concept that they can actually play well is foreign, so they have to default to the absolute base level of the game, which is "X hero counters Y hero if they both suck".

It's funny when people here want to talk about nerfs and buffs too, since they're "balancing" around Level 8 pub matches.

76 is solid. Easy to understand, unlimited sprint, got a little heal beacon so you can patch yourself and allies up, and the helix is nice, either for softening up a target or finishing them off
