Artorias's Shield doesn't go with many armor sets, or at least I couldn't find a set that really looked nice with out other than maybe Drakeblood.

Interrupting the DS3 storm to ask DS1 advice. Should I run Version 1 of this Ciaran cosplay build or Version 2?

Version 2 has more HP and stamina with FaP ring, but Version 1 has that delicious DWGR for some assassin/ninja flipping. Which would you choose?

I included the parry dagger because it's easier to parry than backstab in PvP, while the power within is for bosses or havel-flippers/etc.

I've put 100 hours into the game and have only just found out that the elemental effects when you hit enemies are really cool.

I was using a longsword and black pharis bow the entire time, briefly switching to the sunlight sword at the end, because straight swords shit on PvE so hard it isn't funny. I only found this out by accident because I had the crystal sage rapier in my offhand while farming and I accidentally attacked with it.

The blue fire looked sweet. I should probably try more weapons.

I quite like Drakeblood Armor with Lothric Shield and Sword, kind of ornamental but pretty badas looking.

For default Knight though, I really enjoy Kite Shield from Herald set and the Claymore.

Also for Fallen Knight, Claymore goes perfectly with it and the regular Knight Shield has a color Scheme pretty close to the armor as well.

IF I GO INTO NG+ WILL I STILL BE ABLE TO INVADE, DUEL, AND CO-OP WITH PEOPLE WHO ARE ONLY ON NG? THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.

I think Arty's shield is quite a lot more ornamental looking than most of the knight armors in the game though.

I personally just discovered that the torch is somehow useful against some specific enemies. Doesn't cause a lot of damage but it staggers them for a while.

Some famous European faggot said back in the middle ages that the three weapons a knight absolutely must master are the sword, the lance and the polaxe, with the longbow later being added when horse archery became a big deal after the Crusades.

The lance is shit and there are no horses so toss that. The swords they used back then were actually greatswords by Souls definition so you've got that. The lucerne is obviously a polaxe so good job on that too. The estoc KIND of fills the role of a lance but it'd still probably get some eyes rolling if you don't find a beefier, anti-armour weapon.

The ones I've fought don't actually hitconfirm, they just start spinning to win even when I'm out of range.

I'd go with the dual ring build. DWGR + hornet ring is very powerful. You can also do swaps to Wolf + Hornet or RTSR + Hornet with it.

At SL 80 i was getting 1000~ souls per kill IIRC.

Would it be better to make her 60 INT / 30 FAI so she uses mostly Sorceries but is also capable of some damage with Pyromancies, or something like 45 INT / 45 FAI to use mostly Pyromancies?
