Nope.

There's 4 schools, each with their own story, and you can only play as 5 characters in one.

Also you have to finish the mission with its specified character before you can do it with others.

Miyabi, Imu, Murasaki, Ryobi, Ryona
Yumi, Yozakura, Minori, Murakumo, Shiki

Might be others I dunno I'm a filthy loser that has only played EV but I'm pretty sure it's the dealio where you can play whoever you want but only after you clear the story mission as the specified character first.

first things first, this is your "My Page" it has your team at the bottom, the main menu button on the top right hand corner, and some banners with offers for paid/free stuff (most of it is paid stuff. although the rin banner can give you a free UR Yoshimitsu, granted it's pretty much too late for that now.)

The banner with Kagura is the banner for the current event. The little things below that are your BP (the thing in the middle with 1/3) and clicking on it takes you to class warfare

your stamina bar is the thing on the right. clicking it takes you to the story mode.

the thing on the left takes you to a menu where you can train your last selected card, rebirth a card (sacrificing one of the same card to another card to make it stronger) and some other stuff related to dress up events and pair cards.
