I'll be honest, it's not terrible, but it isn't great either. It's just kinda...bland. In short: Absorption bonuses and boss weapons don't really matter since you plow through most enemies easily enough as is, bosses are pretty easy as far as MM goes (aside from Trinity, but she's the final boss anyways so), the plot and characters don't really get "interesting" until the end Dr. White is implied to be Blackwell's clone/son/something, and the stages themselves don't really do enough to make themselves feel distinct from one another (and then there's the graphics, but that's been discussed to death by now).
All in all, it's not blunder of the millenium, but there's a shitload of missed potential in it.
So it's disappointment all around?

He uploaded a PC build 2 days ago and had it password protected, but accidentally included the password in one of the downloads. He took it down and is going to reupload with a different password, but I was too fast.

Just as a reminder, you have to specifiy in the noteblock of the character or class that they can use the custom equipment. In your case, since all characters will have different classes, write them in the character notes.
I wonder how many people snatched the build with the password accidentally included.

Made this as a test, for Doc Pott's RPG. Not sure if he plans on using these types of sprites or not though. I have the regular sized sprites that make up the animation too.
I'm sorry, but I'm not really sold on this sprite. It looks like a generic edit of Megaman. I DO like the helmet design, but not really everything else. I did make this sprite a while back of Test Woman striking an opening pose, but this is the only sprite of her I have.

Nah it's cool it legit is a minor tweak of MM, I checked to see if there was already a sprite of her on the booru but I didn't find one so I figured I'd whip up a test.
I just figured it'd be easier to edit the established Mega Man sprite sheet then coming up with a completely new sheet for her.

I picked the first sprite set I found, but it's a nice example of what to do. First row is always facing down, the next is left, then right, then up. You can make up to 8 "characters" per sprite sheet, but nothing stops you from making different expressions or actions of the same character.

you aren't required to work within 32x32 character sprites in VXa though
You can also make objects with it, like doors and chests. Basically anything that can be an event.
It's the same size as this picture, and each square is the size limit of a single sprite. VX Ace can only set one color for the transparency though, so after you make the sprite sheet I'd suggest you paint the background all of the uniform color.
You can also make sprites for "big" characters, like the Yellow Devil. Pic related is an example.
