Once upon a time PPCs were the terror of this game.

Then PGI decided poptarts were scary, so now we have split second duration hitscan weapon boating that deals far more damage without any need to aim coupled with jumpjets that lift you a whole 10 feet off the ground.

I didn't mind Iron Blooded Orphans for all the quality it had, so I'd say no.

This is the same company who thinks the game will be balanced after they simulaneously nerf clan mechs in ten different ways and give massive stat buffs to IS mechs.
This is the same company who thinks their game's quality will increase by not removing maps like river city and polar highlands.

It's the best remade map and easily above average in general.

It's made for KBM, though VTOLs and Aerospace Fighters are probably easier with a stick but those are for faggots anyways.

River Shitty is fucking horrible because you can't see anything and there's a giant death zone in the middle of the map. If the enemies can see your little red box and you can't see theirs, you can't do anything because you can't see anything without vision modes and vision modes can't see far enough so you can shoot at the other side without sensor locks.

It wasn't even worth a complete link. Guy fired three times with override up, exploded, ended the game with under 100 damage.

And then spent most of the game talking about how his build was good, which is how I know most of the stats. Also, tie game.

I don't have any problems with seeing people on River City. The filters aren't that bad on it. Nowhere near as bad as Forest Colony for instance.

The middle of the map is hardly a deathzone, there's flanking routes all around it and tons of points to fire into it from both sides.

Literally git gud. So many worse maps you can name. Forest Colony for instance, which is actually truly probably worse than even Terra Therma which is one incredible achievement.

River City has multiple engagement areas and allows for all types of builds. There's various pieces of cover and it has a nice flow to it. How the hell don't you like it?

The middle is no more a deathzone than most maps, it's just low ground, you're meant to either move through it or prevent the enemy team from moving through. That's why there are vantage points all over the place, and why there's cover to allow you to move through it, and why there's a covered route to get to the other side of the city as well. It's a well balanced map, though domination is very imbalanced and sucks dick on it, but domination is shitty on a lot of maps anyways.

Though Viridian really isn't as bad as either of the other two, but it is incredibly frustrating and the spawn imbalance is retarded.
