Refining also increases your "abnormal status attack" (DoTs like bleed and shit), so it is useful for some percent classes. Not sure about DT, though.

Well if I ditched my 9pc for 6pc, I would be able to wear my Elemental Burn belt for 15% crit which would put me at like 80% crit, but I'm not sure whether or not 6pc and my random epics would be better than 9pc. The only usable epics I currently have to fill in are Dark Gothic Shoulders, Infinity Requiem Top, and Elemental Burn belt. Would that be better than 9pc Collector Killer?
