All of those are subpar. AGS hits like a mosquito compared to most AGS, tears is countered by a piece of thorn armour or a throwing knife, and bucklers are worse than caestus.

Dark does less ito AR, but less people have resistance to it - Think dark def scales w/ Faith. Scales off the same stats as chaos, so it's better imo.

Keep backup weapons though.
