Depends on how picky you are, don't expect to do much better but 1 SSR in like every 15ish rolls. I don't know the actual math but I think that's what my experience was like.

If you're just looking for something good to start with, it's not awful. The nature of the game means there's a lot of viable albeit not optimal stuff. If you're aiming for something, good luck.

Assuming you have guild meter
Switch to Pheobe turn 1. Wait 2 turns for switch to come off CD. Then use one of the other buff skills, usually the triple attack one, everyone goes to sleep. Then use one of the Morphe buffs, usually the weakness damage one, everyone wakes up. Rinse and repeat. Just make sure you don't have them ougi in the middle of a chain, or else everyone goes to sleep and you will be sad.
