Slow hitting but hard hitting, reasonably agile too. A good class to start off with
Also by be careful I mean run the fuck through a particular exit because you will be one hit by level 65s

slayer is fun and best vanilla class for dps
doesn't pick up skill wise till level 63 though

This exact thing happened to me. I just ignored it then returned at a few days later and it worked fine. Retarded that such a broken quest is still in the game.

Don't lt anyone tell you slayer is good. It's a slow as shit class where you'll need to chug mana potions or constnantly have high tier infusion. It is incredibly repetitive and boring to play.

Reseting the instance didn't help me. The priests still would not spawn.

I tried slayer out for 3 weeks and got to 65 and did some 397 dungeons with it before deciding I hated it. I have since switched to warrior which i find a faster more interesting class to play though soloing with it is cancer because it cannot crowd control.

Leveling is also a breeze, too much in fact.
Since 40+ I've had to solo every 5 man dungeon because I out level them too quickly when I only do main quests.

Just tried this game for the first time, and holy fuck it's really fucking shitty. I reached level 11 then quit from boredom. I really wish i listened to reddit, when they told me to stay the fuck away from this abomination.

That. Leveling was not hard before. You did red story and 2-4 runs on each dungeons.

Last time I leveled I did red quest, skipped some areas and managed to run dungeons 1 time each for new gear when I didn't cash xp from vanguard missions. And that was not during double xp event or anything.
Guess eventually they will rework story like they did with Arcadia that has 5 areas and you only visit one before outleveling.

Saddest part is you meet some ppl at level 60 who never have played one dungeon.

I'm not gonna disagree that newbie island is the worst part about the game, i've been through it 5 times. The problem here is that represents absolutely nothing about the game aside from its retarded fetch quests that are 100% ignorable in favor of just doing dungeons until max level.

is SSHM harder than FIHM? FIHM was a cake for me, but for the very first time i've wiped there for 8h. then it was easy after ~5-6 runs.

SSHM is harder than FIHM by a long shot. Harder than TSHM, easier than SCHM prenerf.
