D.Va and Winston are in the "I can fly anywhere I want" class. Their biggest strength is they get to pick their fights. All these people talking about "but blah blah does low damage" or "blah blah hitbox" or "I can totes 1v1" don't get it. They can choose to shit all over a Widow or Mercy 1v1, take a few hits, and fly back to their team for heals and to give them protection in 10 seconds.

You chase after the Pharah with 20 health left and murder her and fly back to your team. You don't square up against a Bastion with your headshot hitbox in his crosshairs and say "Let us do battle 1v1!" like /owg/ shitters try to play them.

Our experiences may differ, but I find that a large target like D.Va fares poorly when used to "suppress". At least mag dumping down a chokepoint in CSGO can kill someone, so it at least has the potential to "suppress".
