supposedly few threads ago, it was datamined that we will not get jaesa back.
so at best we will probably get a situation like we did with Kaliyo/Aric or Vic
meaning we can let her live, or choose to kill her, but more like Vic in that we will not get to keep her as a companion

If we're not getting her as a companion, it's seems likely that we won't get her at all. I assume the obstacle is getting new voiced lines, so if they got her in at all it wouldn't be much of a leap to make her a companion again.

She only works with a pure light or pure dark character, anything less and she's some deluded extremist. Back around launch, this was less glaring because a great deal of gear of alignment-restricted and everyone was shoehorned into making exclusively light or dark decisions.

and that's how you know Bioware wont do it.
Plus adding new classes would have to do a whole new storyline for 1-50 plus new voiced stuff.
Most I could see is a new advanced class for them.

No, it's implausible. To introduce a new class they would need:
>fully written class story
>full set of animated and balanced abilities
>entirely new armor sets to match the class aesthetic
>new cast of companions
>new voice actors for them
>find every line where an NPC refers to the player's title/class/etc. and revoice that
etc.
The last point is probably the most difficult, they dug themselves an impossibly deep hole with all of the different voice actors. They definitely don't have the money for them, let alone the time and effort of tracking them down and replacing dead/retired/disgruntled voices. You could argue that they could make a new class completely separate from the Republic/Empire stuff in a more isolated setting, but that brings up a different batch of conflicts.
So, how'd everyone like CSI: Alderaan? I got Broonmark by just selecting the Neutral option. Wookie lives and I get my crazy Talz back.
I can dream though right? that if we ever get another star wars mmo, Bioware isnt allowed to touch it?

me, personally, I'd want a no-class system in an MMO.
That may sound retarded, but the MMO communities are so ingrained with the concept of classes that Im sure everyone would specifically design themselves towards a certain role nonetheless.
For example. You start a new character, and you are average joe with a variety of skills that start at near-zero. The more you train and adventure, the more your skills level up. And depending on your play style, you start developing into a certain type of character.
If you go into head-on fights and use laser guns, you become more of a ranged tank/dps kind of guy. Not only is this nearly limitless in possibilities, it can also multiclass.
Also, bring back player cities. But not only cities, but player space stations too.

This is also my first Star wars RPG only other game I played has been Battlefront and squad.

If you like it so far, there's a good chance you can stick with it just fine. The nice thing about it is that all the class stories are fairly self-contained and don't need much lore knowledge, and are varied enough that you should be able to find something interesting that hooks you. Say you're not enthralled by the Jedi order and all their mystic honor code stuff, you can try an agent and see if being James Bond in the space KGB suits you.
We haven't seen new raid content in 18 months and everyone is retarded, so it's right on par with the WoW raiding scene.
my best advice for you - play your class story 1-50. It is really awesome. Everything after that is...well...meh
All the money was spent for the first part. Skeleton crew for everything else and it shows.
You should enjoy the raiding just realize there are a higher percentage of tards that stand in fire in this game.
