Only situation i can think off that tanks should never swap to dps stance is on large pulls. Healer dps will overall be a ton higher than what the tank will do on dps stance.
Other than that, they should be on dps stance most of the time after establishing aggro only swapping for tank busters.

Unless you're a WAR with cooldowns up, you can double Decimate, and spam Overpower in DPS stance while sustaining yourself with Bloodbath.

No. Healer DPS is not a continuous function of healing required; damage mitigated does not typically come with a commensurate increase in the healer's ability to do DPS, and in most cases the tank will lose a lot more damage than the healer gains.

Unless you're talking about dungeon pulls and not raids/trials, in which case is about right.

They specifically said that the only reason they didn't add dips to Void Ark, and the reason why the 210 relic step came so late, was because the Gordian weapons were only 210 instead of 215.

Since Midan weapons are 245 instead of just 240, that's not an issue. They've also said that they're not really satisfied with Midas clear rates, so they're not going to be overly stingy with them.
