Jamil is good, but Nemone is clearly better if you have an actual pool. It's just she can't compare to the top Earth contenders. Which has been the case for just about every Earth character released recently

Basically, the first time the CG collab needed a rank to get a character it was 30 for Mika. When the 2nd came around you needed rank 40 for Mika.

We don't know if there's going to be another rank requirement character for the new Tales collab, but it does no harm to get that extra 10 levels just in case.

It takes like an hour extra from getting to 30 if you've rolled a couple of 4/5*s from the gacha and leveled them to level 25 after you do your initial Yuri spam to level 70ish.

It's on moments like this that I look back over the tough time I had starting as Dark and realize that the effort was worth it if I can frontline an entire party of cute girls inside HL and out and never be running sub-optimally. Even our summons are cute girls.

I think that really depends on which characters you use but say you don't use the ougi shitting machine earth with eugen/octo and instead use her with sara/cog I think she works pretty well

so if you sit 3 turns and swing does it deal way more damage than if you autoattacked for 3 turns? even if you multi-strike for 3 turns?

With Sen and Nemones third skill you activate it and do nothing, gain like 130% attack that goes up to 1000%, activate that skill again to release that powerup.

Nemone's is better though since hers lets her break damage cap. Biggest I saw was a 2.2m ougi (don't know how many turns to get there though).

Also by sitting down she doesn't gain ougi unless she's hit or force fed by someone else so you need to find a way to build meter for her during that time.

This is the flat number comparisons, but more than that, Olivia's bonuses at max rank make her a stronger /main/ summon. The Extra hp, Chain burst damage, free delay and haste for your party, and interaction with unknowns make her one of the preferred dark summons. Ideally you'll want both of them for end game.

She's good as a statstick + her delay is pretty consistent with hitting. Don't think she has a spot as a main or support, unfortunately.
