Do you understand "preliminary"?
Sounds like he wants to make it so that AST is 'actually' interchangeable and that 99% of groups dont just go with WHM/SCH.
And NIN ain't any less insufferable? Again, haven't touched the game nearly a year and first thing I hear is it's back on the downhill.
Do you? Prelim notes have only ever excluded item additions.
