Yo d2g help me out. I'm trying to adhere to the 20-20-60 rule (20% of games are unwinnable, 20% are unlosable, rest is up to you) and ranking up in general, and I've noticed I lose a lot of games where I manage to build a good early lead.

It's not rare for me to lose games where I was like 8-0 pretty early into the game. How do I manage to close the game out with a strong gold lead? How do I convince my team to take stuff like towers and rosh and smoke with me?
