To start with it's an Arts NP so the damage gain over upgrades isn't really all that great, and the best parts of the NP are applying almost every debuff under the sun all at once to every enemy, which I don't think will get any benefit from NP2 at all.

You'd have to exist to shitpost. 90% of time you see Gilfag being thrown around its just Melvin using them as a boogeyman. He uses it to defer any criticism by saying everything is that group he hates. It always seems strange to me that people think that its a war between Jetfag and Gilfag, just because he throws the word of that boogeyman around constantly. Its not too much of an actual thing.
The closest you have to a Gilfag is that Ko-gilfag who is an admitted shitposter, who just messes around on occasion. Although maybe Jetfags also don't really exist, and the one that does exist is just exploiting that persona since he knows it gets to people. Its hard to tell at this point.
If any actual fans of the common shitposting target characters exist here, then they stay subvert and know you're not allowed to talk about that character anymore.
