Maybe the highest tier skyscraper base will be, but R* isn't going to get any more people coming to play if they need millions just to get started, and this DLC is clearly made to give the playerbase a reason to come back after 6 months of pretty much nothing. It's the same reason being a VIP is free this weekend, so that players who are returning and are low on cash/entirely new have some money for the update on the 7th.

I highly, highly doubt Rockstar manually checks every yacht name. The only time it gets seen is when it auto-checks for profanity.

How would they make it worth using over the other ones? The only pistols that have been added recently were the Marksman and Revolver, and they're alright because a) they have different actions rather than just being generic mag-fed semis and b) the revolver is a pocket heavy sniper that can take down helicopters in two shots
The only way I could see a glock being added and also worth using is if it was an 18c and had better damage and accuracy than the AP pistol but no automatic fire.

Another weapon that will not be on par with AP pistol, any day.

this reminded me of how i miss the times when the radio hosts would mention the weather and stuff. i remember that when big storms rolled in and the rain started pelting down, one of the hosts would talk about it and recommend people to bunker down and take care out there. it was a nice feel.
