I understand they might have good aim/game sense but I'm really not sure how they rank up without any intention to work with their team when soloqueuing.

I hate the way the new ranking system works. It seems like every 3 or 4 games, I get paired up with/against people a rank or two lower than me. It's so fucking stupid because there is an ocean of difference between LEM and DMG.

It's beyond annoying. I have to explain anti-eco strats to people who literally never thought before (oh wow, you mean if I push out into a close corner where a CT could be while holding an AK, and not throwing any grenade whatsoever, I could potentially get killed and give the other team a rifle?)

DMGs have no concept of rotations. Someone says they hear footsteps A and the whole CT team converges on the location. People just bait each other, they see a teammate in a life or death spray battle and they just sit behind him and wait for the pick.

People push alone with bomb and peek into 1v1s in post plant situations. It's so ridiculous. The worst part is the other team is doing this too. I'll fucking top frag in a LEM game and bottom frag in a DMG game because I'm still operating in LEM mode. I still peek with the mentality of "my teammates will back me up and trade if need be". "A CT wouldn't still be X because it would be totally pointless, bomb was spotted Y oh wait he was there I'm dead"

Everyone stands around like penguins pushing each other off an iceberg into potentially lethal waters, BOTH TEAMS. It's just stupid. I don't understand why valve changed this. I am eternally LEM because I midfrag and win 5 LEM games, then bottomfrag and lose one DMG game, and it's like the same ELO, I start back where I was.

Get some fucking teammates. Get a regular 5 man that you play with. Then you're always gonna get LEM teammates.

Also, while you sound like an utter cunt saying you bottom frag in DMG games because your team aren't backing you up, I also understand you. In a lower game if you were smurfing you would top frag anyhow because the rank difference is so big they don't matter, but with DMG games you still can't carry because versus DMGs you still can't win 1v2's regularly.

They fixed the deviation, but they didn't fix the rank pooling. It was a very typical half-assed update for this game: they just don't give a fuck.
