I've heard people say card from 160 till you can do the dungeon at 175, then grind the dungeon from there

It's not until 200+ that mobs start becoming strong enough to give most characters problems soloing.

Just card up till whatever the next quest zone is pretty sure there's a couple 170ish zones. You can experience pumpleflap fun too.

I think it's more of a game jargon thing. There are enough marginal similarities between the two Romance languages that most of them can understand each other in an MMO setting.

You might not be able to carry on a conversation, but there are only so many things you need to be able to write and read to passably play a game. Speakers that only know one language that mostly uses the Latin alphabet can generally pick up the jargon from games in countries that also use the Latin alphabet. Westerners playing Asian games is where learning to read and type stuff requires more brainpower; educated Asians tend to have some exposure to the Latin alphabet, though.

To be fair, they shouldn't need to actually request Sacrament. At the same time, it's entirely possibly the Chaplain used Sacrament when they were out of range to receive it. It has less range than Last Rites does, which is funny since Last Rites just applies another Sacrament which can receive a bonus when you drop below the HP threshold.

Pretty sure Sacrament has the least range out of all of the buffs a Chaplain could use, less than Revive.
