They are primitive, but they aren't brainless. No, memedate is why they weren't part of the civil war. Casuals is why you can't talk to them and sell cheese and hides like merchants. I'm not aware of any plans that had them anything other than recruitable creatures.

They should be here: Textures\Actors\Character\FaceGenData\FaceTint\YourModsName.esp If that doesn't work then open up the mesh of the face in nifskope which should be in: meshes\actors\character\FaceGenData\FaceGeom\YourModsName.esp Make sure that the Textures for the mesh at the top are maped correctly to the textures in the mod and not to skyrim's

An-wen-wen-wen. Daddy (or maybe Granpappy) was a Breton Welsh, so it's a reference to the old Welsh kingdom of Gwenwynwyn. Because I like the way it sounds. Also toyed with making her some kind of black sheep noble, but Anwnwenwyn ap Gwenwynwyn is just too much.
And Canned Blanabbas is Camembaire. A kinda cheesy name, but I like it.
