The DLCs work just like mods. Just copy/paste the .esm and .bs2 and whatnot it comes with into your Data folder and you're done. Steam can't detect how you acquired them.
You'd even get the achievements.

While I agree, and I think the super shiny power suits look neat, the designs seem pointless, and, as I mentioned, literally pulled from some starcraft character.

Any non-vanilla armor I had in NV must have been included in those big packs, I apparently never looked through the standalone armor and clothing mods on the nexus.

Most Vanilla FO4 textures are actually 2K for armors/clothes/characters, and 1K for environments/buildings, etc., which is twice the size of Skyrim's Vanilla textures.
