Really stubby normals, slower paced than the previous entries, really neutered down gameplay going from neutral to combos. It's also really boring to watch. At least SFIV had some really neat hype moments thanks to the really high execution required. Even when you examinate certain aspects of the game, for example the fact the stages have some fucked up corners, they are really butchered and not that well polished.
