No, you just need the required level to increase unlock it. Open world map to check the area's optimal level range, min. level is the one you need.
Unlocking a new area will put the previous questline on the Unfinished tab. You can either go back and play it later or auto-clear all if it using the Clear Quest button.

DFO a 2D beat'em'up (a ded genre) online game is specifically designed to please the korean fanbase. There is also the fact that DFOG is managed by people that don't really understand the western market, and probably still is a "pet project" in Neople's eyes.

Just break the statue of whatever element you're stacking, regardless of what element the dragon stone takes.

Clear button works similar to a level up ticket but I don't think you get the gold.

I fucking hate how saders are so overpowered that it's almost mandatory to have one in every anton party. Not to mention that the sader playstyle of being a buff bitch is not very fun. IMO this game should not have any fully support-oriented classes, they should instead be in between dealer and buffer/debuffer like nen
