I've had too many losing matches I've been backfilled into where I have gold in elims with three whole kills. Sometimes the other team is too good, sometimes your team is shit, but the constant is that the matchmaker fucks you like a barbwire dildo half the time.

Ana Amari, Pharah's mom. Basically a support sniper. Has a bolt-action sniper rifle, which means she won't need to charge up like Widowmaker. To combat this, she's obviously unable to shoot in quick succesion, and her shots only deal 100 damage. Hitscan.
Her alt fire is a long range shot that heals a friendly target for 100+50 over 2.5 seconds. 3 second cooldown.
Her E is an autoaim (like Zenyattas orbs) that relies on line of sight. It halves all damage the target receives for 4 seconds. 8 second cooldown.
Her Shift amplifies her next shot to bounce – if regularly fired, it will deal normal damage (100 or 200 on headshot) to the first target hit, then bounce to the nearest enemy to deal 75, then bounce to a third enemy and deal 50. If used for heal, the first allied target will be healed for 100+50, the two other targets will be healed for just 100. 16 second cooldown, half if the shot misses, 75% less if the heal misses. Both prioritize new targets in range, but will bounce back to the first if there are only two near each other.
Her ult doubles the size of her bullets, increases all values by 50% (except for the shield, which only gets a duration increase to 6 seconds) and reduces all cooldowns by 50% for 10 seconds.
She might seem pretty strong, but she's almost defenseless if someone sneaks up on her. She CAN shoot unscoped, but this is inefficient. Her bounce needs a nearby enemy to work as well.
