On the contrary, I think that the definition of Support needs to be expanded beyond Healer. The role is about ENHANCING your team mates. This fits naturally with keeping them alive via heals, but I like Symmetra because she definitely enhances her teammates while breaking the traditional mold of what it means to be a Support.
