Like most other uniques, 1c very quickly. And EA has always been viable, it isn't magically viable now. And it isn't BiS.

I don't think I've ever had such bad luck in drops act4 normal and not a single good gear dropped for leveling.
Chris must have tuned the drops to bare minimum this league if you don't buy tabs
