Loot's gonna be around 2 bil. There was so much of it that you can't really screenshot it easily. Citadels have an amazing loot drop mechanic where they explode like 100 cans all around their location and it's like opening gifts, I heartily recommend experiencing it.

For normal rats, yes. I want to point out that special rats (clone soldier, mordu ships, officers [kek]) are significantly harder, but there isn't a rule to how much you need to tank.

One more thing: ratting belts is a meme. You want to rat anomalies, so look up some VNI fits or something.
