Zenyatta projectiles are just fine, whereas Dva's are also huntsman fuckhueg. It depends on the hitbox of each projectile specifically.

Best counter is Reinhardt+S:76/Widow/Hanzo/Pharah (fuck junkrat). The level 2 turret deals like 14x4 dps? You can easily take them down before your shield breaks.

D.va can out damage 2 Torb turrets, and has the mobility to get in close to them. Anything with a lot of armor (not shields, armor, the yellow one) basically can fuck them up.
