There's nothing wrong with Hanzo's hitboxes, it's the non-hitscan hitboxes in general.
Everyone benefits from them, it's just more noticeable with Hanzo due to his main weapon being a bow.

the real question is does she need the ability to to fire off two rounds per second in scoped mode with fully charged shots every second
