If a mei is trolling and like blocking our bastion so the enemy team can push and cutting people off from each other on our team and stuff like that, is that what you report people over? They ruined a few rounds. I've never reported people before but if someone ruined matches of like counterstrike or league or whatever that's what's reporting is there for.

I met a symmetra who afkd the whole game in spawn and put a teleporter in spawn. Instantly got all enemy team upvotes, unsure if that's some weird stack where you somehow manage to consistently end up on the enemy team, but holy shit I reported that so fast.

You need to take care of yourself and your team. You have perfect opportunities to do that with both Lucio and Mercy. Don't expect to be babysitted.
