GameStop didn't save all of the artbooks for Demon's Souls pre-orders way back when. I had to wait for two weeks to get mine, which is cool that I did eventually get one, but he taped a note with my name onto it to make sure it didn't disappear on me, and when the dude took the tape off it took some of the back cover with it.
They sold me SSX pre-order, too (I don't know why I even pre-ordered that, I've played all of an hour since it released). Can the ps4neo run games at 4k 120fps like PC?

Depends on what it actually is and how well dev support for it picks up.

One thing is very certain, the original PS4's specs shrunk down to 14nm will use very low wattage and make very low noise in operation.

So when the Neo runs the games in original mode, it will probably be near silence, and lower wattage than the Xbox One.
So you will benefit there even if a game isn't patched for Neo specs.

Not selling my current PS4, just going to wait like a month to see impressions and the buy a Neo
