Her hair alternates between blonde and green. It's something about how in concept art she had blonde hair, but they thought green would be better in VI to distinguish her from Celes, but later they thought blonde was better.

Faris and Lenna are technically blondes, as well; the color is meant to help tell them apart from other characters. A Blonde Terra would be hard to distinguish from Celes at times, for instance.

I always assumed Ghis was older because his hair was straight up gray and Bergan had color to his hair. Gabranth of course we know is the youngest of the judges

There's a rare monster called Dustia who you can spawn by getting under iirc either under 10% HP or into single digit health I forget which, and I forget where.
All you need to do for this strat is get a WHOLE BUNCH of Phoenix Downs and just end the room he is in, throw a PD on HIM because he is undead and he instantly dies.
As long as you stay at the health level that spawns him you can leave the area and go right back in because he spawns right at the entrance.
You can find guides all over for it for the specifics.
I used it once to get to level 30 before even meeting Balthier and Fran. it's absurd
