Alright, here's the tribadism mod. I took it from another MCP mod, fixed the sound and stuff. Install above the latest MCP mod and 3D rooms. It's also unlocked. Fun fact: When I fucked around I found that tribadism animation was already there but it was hidden because it lacked a button.
Also I wanted to fix sounds and bugs for other positions but I was utterly and completely blown the fuck out by Fingering position which doesn't loop nicely and it killed all my motivation. Another thing was that I wanted to do it with a script, but because I'm dumb it didn't worked so I did it manually and it was a pain.
