Does anyone manage to lose chevrons if their unit gets decimated in Warhammer? My rank 6 Halberdier was almost wiped out but healed up without losing experience. Not complaining, definately a step up from Attila.

what do you mean exactly? like it dies before or it just doesn't have any real use? I just tested it in vanilla custom battle and was surprised that it's abilities are self cast only. though I guess mobile fear aura is nice?

It was just a single chariot unit with a couple of self buffs and there was never really a reason to use it. Just about any other higher tier unit in the VC roster is more useful, but it's one of the most expensive units they have and I think has the highest requirements to recruit.

Someone posted a screenshot showing how it's presence seemed to allowed skeleton spearmen to beat a unit of empire greatswords. Seems sort of too good in that sense.

Total War: Iraq is slower than Attila, shittier than Empire, and less balanced than Warhammer. Maybe after a few patches. Don't get your hopes up.

>Marienburg declares war, sends two stacks over but they get rekt by Franz and his army in a defensive battle
>Karak Norn declares war for absolutely no fucking reason
>they send two full stacks of angry midgets and sacks Helmgart and Grunburg
>public order so bad after getting sacked twice I get a rebellion near Altdorf
>send Franz back to deal with the rebellion and dwarfs since I thought it would take Marienburg a few turns to rebuild after destroying both their armies
>by the time I get to the rebel stack they have several demigryph and greatswords in the army
>autoresolve victory which leaves most of my army at 20% health
>dwarfs still attacking me
>Marienburg comes back a turn later with a full stack and takes Eilhart
>kill off a dwarf stack and broker peace with them
>Karak Zifil is invited to the war by fucking Marienburg
>two more dwarf stacks come down and sack Helmgart again before Marienburg swoops in to take it
