I remember seeing a video once for a glitch where you could put a character skin on a different model and it looked weird for the victory pose at the end. Was this patched and if not can someone tell me how to do it? If it was can someone link a video?

you could be in high mmr. I've noticed my queue taking like 2-3 minutes and I've been put up against more stacks/tryhards. Shit sucks, there's already more than downtime for 10 minute games

yes not sure on the specifics but basically you lose/win less mmr against higher mmrs and vice versa. Level apparently doesn't have anything to do with it. I made a alt account to stomp and got put in with lvl 50s-70s at lvl 9 who were try harding

A good Pharah knows how to deal with Widows and McCrees effectively (either that or I've come across almost exclusively bad McCrees and Widows, which wouldn't be that surprising tbqh)

his ult is super good and charges fine.

his problem with his healing is LOS more than anything, I think a better buff would be if he could put it on people through walls and a slightly increased range but it went away if LOS wasn't kept

As someone who plays Zenyatta a lot I can say that Zenyatta does not need a buff. Zenyatta, as he is, can absolutely destroy tanks, and is a viable healer, with a balanced ultimate. He's fine

Try Zarya and watch Genjis try and deflect your main attack, shit cracks me up everytime cause they just keep melting.

He's too easy to take down, the majority of your damage comes from your turret which once it reveals its position is game over.

They shifted his focus from turret to his gun in closed beta and since then he has never really recovered.

Many people do, but the biggest problem is on first point defense most opt for Mercy/Symmetra and after the first point is lost swap back to Mercy/Lucio.
